Are you feeling stuck and unsure how to heal?
Does moving towards your goals, relationships, responsibilities, or world issues feel overwhelming on a day-to-day basis?
This course is compassionately designed to help you get unstuck and move towards your heart’s greatest desires.
In this course, you will:
✨ Understand the impact of childhood trauma on your nervous system, emotional body, and mind.
✨ Experience greater self-compassion and confidence.
✨ Learn tools to regulate your nervous system and find balance.
✨ Feel more at home in your own skin.
I say this with a deep understanding and compassion for how challenging life can be, how much you have probably survived, and how that has inevitably impacted you.
Sometimes it can feel like anxiety and depression are a weight on our existence that never seems to lift.
I have been there.
Understanding the root of our symptoms is an important first part of the journey.
When we understand why we experience our symptoms - that they are here for a reason - SO much more space and opportunity opens up for healing and having the experiences of aliveness, peace, and nourishing connection that you want!
As a teenager, I faced the heavy weight of severe depression and low self-esteem. Adulthood brought its own challenges—persistent anxiety, difficulties with eating, and a tendency to feel triggered in relationships. These experiences left me searching for answers and a way to feel whole.
Through years of personal healing, studying complex trauma, and working with clients in my therapy practice, I’ve discovered that profound transformation is possible. I’ve witnessed the power of healing not just in my own life, but in the lives of countless others.
This same healing is available to you, too! It’s never too late to step into your journey of growth, compassion, and resilience. 🙌
That’s why I created this course! To help guide those who have struggled with complex trauma actually gain the tools they need to truly heal and lead fulfilling lives!

My Story
Rebecca Prolman, LMFT
Masters NARM Therapist
Like many who step into the world of healing, my journey began with my own struggles. I grew up in a family with parents who were well meaning, but did not have the adequate resources to provide me with the connection, love, attunement, and support that I needed. By my teens, I battled severe depression and low self-esteem. Adulthood brought new challenges—heightened anxiety, eating struggles, and being easily triggered in relationships.
My path to healing these wounds was not direct. I spent years with therapists who weren’t trauma-informed—some were unhelpful, while others deepened my wounds. True transformation began only when I found a therapist who specialized in complex trauma.
This experience not only changed my life but inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others heal. Through graduate school, specialized trainings, and years of work as a trauma-informed therapist, I’ve seen how powerful it is to address both the wounds to identity (shame, self-criticism) and the body’s nervous system regulation capacity.
Our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply connected—healing one affects the others. My own journey taught me to embrace all my feelings with compassion, helped me expand my resilience, and allowed me to deepen my connections with others. This work is ongoing, and I remain passionately curious about the human experience, suffering, and healing.
I’ve worked now for many years as a complex trauma informed therapist. And while I feel SO honored to help my clients, it has been clear to me that I am limited in helping only a handful of clients at a time. This is why I am opening up to teaching this group course, so that I can make available to you what has helped so many of my clients throughout the years.
