If you’ve struggled with…
Overwhelming Anxiety
Depressive Episodes
Negative Beliefs About Yourself
Self-Sabotage Behaviors
These might be signs of complex trauma—and the incredible truth is, healing is possible.
Hi, my name is Rebecca Prolman. I am a clinical therapist who has spent years helping clients heal from complex trauma through self-awareness and self-compassion. It has been my honor helping those who have gone through trauma cultivate greater ease in life, deepen their relationships, and finally discover a sense of inner peace.
I want you to know that you do not have to suffer forever. There IS a Path to Healing. I’ve worked with enough people from all different backgrounds and experiences to trust that it is possible for YOU too!
Sometimes you just have to take that one small first step towards healing, towards understanding yourself a bit more.
This is why I created this mini-course, to share this first step with you on the Path to Healing.
In this video mini-course, you’ll learn why your symptoms make sense. They originated as tools to help you survive, and they can be healed! You’ll gain a deeper understanding of why your experiences are not your fault and how to approach your healing journey with self-compassion and curiosity.
We’ll explore:
The Foundations about what complex trauma really is and how it differs from shock trauma.
How symptoms of trauma develop as survival adaptations and survival strategies.
The impact of trauma on your nervous system and tools to help you regulate.
This mini-course is designed to help you cultivate greater self-compassion and deepen your understanding of your symptoms. You’ll gain foundational knowledge about the underlying causes of your experiences, along with practical insights and tools to support your next steps toward feeling more grounded, regulated, and empowered in your life.
Usually this mini-course costs $100, but right now I am offering it at a 70% discount to make it that much easier for you to take this step on the Path to Healing.

My Story
Rebecca Prolman, LMFT
Masters NARM Therapist
Like many who step into the world of healing, my journey began with my own struggles. I grew up in a family with parents who were well meaning, but did not have the adequate resources to provide me with the connection, love, attunement, and support that I needed. By my teens, I battled severe depression and low self-esteem. Adulthood brought new challenges—heightened anxiety, eating struggles, and being easily triggered in relationships.
My path to healing these wounds was not direct. I spent years with therapists who weren’t trauma-informed—some were unhelpful, while others deepened my wounds. True transformation began only when I found a therapist who specialized in complex trauma.
This experience not only changed my life but inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others heal. Through graduate school, specialized trainings, and years of work as a trauma-informed therapist, I’ve seen how powerful it is to address both the wounds to identity (shame, self-criticism) and the body’s nervous system regulation capacity.
Our thoughts, emotions, and bodies are deeply connected—healing one affects the others. My own journey taught me to embrace all my feelings with compassion, helped me expand my resilience, and allowed me to deepen my connections with others. This work is ongoing, and I remain passionately curious about the human experience, suffering, and healing.
I’ve worked now for many years as a complex trauma informed therapist. And while I feel SO honored to help my clients, it has been clear to me that I am limited in helping only a handful of clients at a time. This is why I am opening up to teaching this group course, so that I can make available to you what has helped so many of my clients throughout the years.
